Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only items purchased directly from our store are eligible for returns.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Clearance or final sale products (if applicable).
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at fmtbly@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions on how to send back the product.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  1. Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock. Contact customer support for assistance.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact fmtbly@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided.
